Our History
ThinkSmart Technologies was founded in 2009 and started trading in July 2010. The company is based at the Incubation Centre in University College Cork (UCC) at the Western Gateway on Western road, Cork.
ThinkSmart is a spin-out from the University, that leverages disruptive technology built on over 10 years of cutting edge research at the Cork Constraint Computation Centre (4C). 4C is the world’s largest and leading centre in Constraint Programming with close to 50 researchers working on making optimisation technology better and more easy to use.
